It is not the result of personal weakness, lack of character or poor upbringing. Mental illness can experience relief from their symptoms by actively participating in individual treatment. Getting a diagnosis is an important first step. There is no one size fit all treatment when it comes to mental health illnesses or substance user. Each person will have different experiences even people with the same diagnosis.
What you want to do with your mental health will be totally up to you. We are here to be supportive and understanding that mental health information by you is not something forthcoming, but rather something important and meaningful to you.
