PROJECTS & EVENTS IN THE COMMUNITY

Projects & Events a success

  • Mental Health & Self-Care Day

We tabled at Q-House for Mental Health Awareness Month of May, setting up an inviting space where community members could gather information and speak openly about mental health. Our team organized interactive sessions and distributed informative materials to educate attendees on the importance of mental wellness and the resources available to them. We also collaborated with local mental health professionals who offered free consultations and advice, creating an atmosphere of understanding and support. With colorful banners and friendly volunteers, our presence at Q-House became a beacon of hope and a reminder that no one has to face their struggles alone.

  • Free Market & Health Fair

We became involved with Free Market to help raise Men’s Mental Health awareness month of June. Our collaboration focused on highlighting the unique challenges men face regarding mental health and encouraging open conversations to break the stigma. Through community events and educational workshops, we aimed to provide resources and support to men of all ages, fostering a safe environment where they could share their experiences and seek help without judgment
